Electric soft seal butterfly valve
I. Product overview
The electric butterfly valve is matched by butterfly valve and electric actuator mechanism, and can be controlled by switching type (which can provide active or passive feedback signals) or regulating type input control signals (4 ~ 20mA or 0 ~ 10VDC) and single-phase power supply. The electric butterfly valve has strong functions, small size, portability, reliable performance, simple matching and large circulation capacity. The electric butterfly valve is especially suitable for occasions where the medium is viscous, containing particles and fibers. At present, the electric butterfly valve is widely used in industrial automatic control systems of food, environmental protection, light industry, petroleum, paper making, chemical industry, teaching and scientific research equipment, electric power and other industries.

II.Product performance characteristics
1. Shell: the shell is made of hard aluminum alloy, which is anodized and coated with polyester powder, and has strong corrosion resistance and protection grade of IP67.
2. Motor: Fully enclosed squirrel-cage motor, with small size, large torque and small inertia force, with F insulation grade and built-in thermal protection switch, which can prevent the motor from being damaged.
3. Manual structure: The handwheel is designed to ensure safety, reliability, labor saving and small size. When no power is applied, the clutch handle can be manually operated.
4. Indicator: The indicator is installed on the central axis, and is designed with convex mirror, which is free of water and convenient for observation.
5. Dryer: It can prevent moisture condensation inside the actuator due to temperature and weather changes, and keep the internal electrical components dry.
6. Limit switch: mechanical and electronic double limit. The mechanical limit can be adjusted by rotating the screw, which is safe and reliable; The cam mechanism is used to control the electronic limit switch, and the adjustment mechanism is simple and accurate.

Electric double eccentric pinch butterfly valve
I. Product overview
Electric double eccentric butterfly valve, also known as electric high-performance butterfly valve, is a new type of butterfly valve designed by combining the advantages of butterfly valves with a variety of different structures. The outer circumference of the butterfly plate and the sealing seat of the valve are processed into a hemispherical shape, and the inner spherical surface of the sealed valve seat is squeezed by the outer spherical surface of the butterfly plate to produce elastic deformation and achieve the purpose of closing. The design of its structural features makes the butterfly plate quickly detach from the valve seat after the valve is opened, which greatly eliminates the excessive extrusion and scratching between the butterfly plate and the valve seat, reduces the opening resistance distance, reduces wear, and improves the life of the valve seat.

I. Product overview
Electric ball valve is a kind of rotary ball valve with a turning angle of 90°, excellent sealing performance, large flow capacity, small flow resistance coefficient, simple structure, convenient maintenance, long service life, valve body channel and connecting pipe diameter equal and into a diameter, the medium can flow almost without loss. Products are usually used in occasions with strict sealing requirements, in addition to controlling gas, liquid, steam medium, but also suitable for controlling sewage and media containing fibrous impurities, widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, light industry, papermaking, power station, refrigeration and other work fields.
Ball valve is an important valve, which is widely used in petrochemical, long-distance pipelines and other fields. The closing part of the ball valve is a ball (or part of the ball) with a hole, and the ball rotates with the valve stem to realize the opening or closing of the valve. The ball valve can be fully closed and fully opened by rotating 90°, compared with the gate valve and globe valve of the same specification, the ball valve is small in size and light in weight, which is convenient for pipeline installation.

II.Product performance characteristics
1. Small fluid resistance, ball valve is the smallest fluid resistance among all valves, even if it is a reduced diameter ball valve, its fluid resistance is quite small.
2. The thrust bearing reduces the friction torque of the valve stem, which can make the valve stem flexible in long-term operation.
3. The valve seat has good sealing performance, the sealing ring made of polytetrafluoroethylene and other materials, the structure is easy to seal, and the valve sealing capacity of the ball valve increases with the increase of medium pressure.
4. The valve stem seal is reliable, because the valve stem only rotates and does not do lifting movement, the packing seal of the valve stem is not easy to break, and the sealing capacity increases with the increase of the pressure of the medium.
5. Because PTFE and other materials have good self-lubrication, the friction loss with the ball is small, and the service life of the ball valve is long.
6. The bottom-mounted valve stem and the valve stem head convex step to prevent the valve stem from spraying, such as fire caused by the valve stem seal damage, the convex step and the valve body can also form metal contact to ensure the valve stem seal.
