| Peristaltic hose pump Huayun IHP-Z hose pump is a special pump without any mechanical seal. It uses a motor to drive the pressure roller on the rotor to alternately squeeze the special hose installed in the pump cavity. The vacuum is formed by the compression and rebound of the hose, so as to achieve the purpose of suction and delivery of materials. The delivered materials are only in contact with the inner wall of the hose. Advantages: no seal, high lift, can transport materials with high viscosity, high corrosivity, high solid content and shear sensitivity, and the maximum outlet pressure can reach 1.6Mpa. |

| inline mixer The working chamber of Huayun inline mixer is equipped with one, two or three groups of rotors and stators. It adopts a horizontal cantilever structure with end suction and top discharge. Each stage has two to six layers and consists of one, two or three stages of rotors and stators. After entering the cavity, the material is quickly dispersed, emulsified and homogenized by the stator and rotor, the particle size distribution range is also significantly narrowed, and the material is mixed more evenly. Huayun can customize emulsification pumps and inline mixer with various rotor and stator tooth shapes, various rotational speeds (2900-10000 rpm) and various materials according to customer requirements. |
