| The MBR membrane module The main function is to collect water production of MBR system and aeration of membrane components: 1, high anti-pollution MBR membrane: the average aperture of the membrane is 0.1μm, and the material is enhanced PVDF membrane wire with inner lining. 2. Water collecting main pipe: collect the water produced by each PIECE of MBR membrane, and reserve one flange or inner/outer wire outlet after the integration of the complete set of components. 3, aeration main pipe and branch pipe: perforated aeration pipe, the main function of air and water mixing, washing membrane surface, slow down or prevent membrane pollution and provide biochemical oxygen. The bottom of the diaphragm corresponds to the aeration branch pipe, which is collected in the main pipe. After the integration of the complete set of components, a flange or inner/outer wire air inlet is reserved. 4. Membrane outlet inner wire joint and diaphragm hood: the outlet inner wire joint is used to connect with the outer wire joint of the collecting pipe. 5,diaphragm cover: used to plug the diaphragm excess outlet. 6.
