Pilot plant for the treatment of organic waste gases The exhibit is a pilot experimental device for the treatment of organic waste gas, which can treat 100~500m3/h of organic waste gas, and the treatment efficiency can reach more than 90%. The whole set of equipment is composed of activated carbon adsorption tank, condenser, fan, pipeline, valve, instrument, etc. Each adsorption tank is equipped with an activated carbon adsorption unit and an automatic switching device. When the exhaust gas passes through the activated carbon, the solvent is adsorbed in the pores, and the exhaust gas is purified and discharged into the atmosphere. When water vapor passes through the activated carbon, the solvent adsorbed in the activated carbon is desorbed out to regenerate the activated carbon. Thermal resistance and differential pressure gauges are installed in the carbon layer to monitor the temperature and differential pressure changes of the carbon layer at each stage of recovery for timely regulation. |
