ANPR biological reactor for advanced nitrogen and phosphorus removal
ANPR advanced nitrogen and phosphorus removal bioreactor is a high-efficiency bioreactor independently developed by Runtian Environmental Protection, which is mainly composed of anaerobic tank, advanced nitrogen removal tank, anoxic tank, aerobic tank, secondary sedimentation tank, filter tank and clean water tank. Sludge backflow and internal backflow are realized by air stripping. The pressurized air provided by the aeration gas source of the aerobic tank is used without adding conventional power consumption equipment such as water pump. The operation and maintenance cost is low, and there are no moving parts in the operation process, and the operation and maintenance are simple. Compared with the traditional treatment process, the equipment adds a deep denitrogenation tank, and through optimizing the reflux process, the adverse effects of NOX-N and DO in the reflux sludge on anaerobic phosphorus release are reduced, and the effect of phosphorus and nitrogen removal is significant.
Micro-oxygen MMBR bioreactor
By controlling the aeration intensity of MBR zone in the reactor, the MBR zone is in a micro-oxygen state. Through the efficient interception of microorganisms by MBR membrane, the dominant bacteria are enriched. There are aerobic bacteria, facultative bacteria and anaerobic bacteria at the same time. The combined action of these microbial colonies makes the MBR zone have functions that are not available in a single aerobic environment under a low DO reaction environment. The system realizes nitrogen removal through simultaneous nitrification and denitrification (SND) or anaerobic ammonia oxidation (ANAMMOXIC). In a micro-oxygen environment, compared with the traditional biological nitrogen removal process, the SND process can be carried out in the same reactor, which can reduce or even do not need to add carbon sources, and the alkali consumption of nitrification and the alkali production of denitrification can be well complementary, which can shorten the reaction time, It can also significantly reduce the supply of oxygen to save energy consumption, further reduce the demand for carbon sources and improve the efficiency of nitrogen removal.
