Products

High efficiency denitrification microbial promoter
This product is designed for the energy consumption process of microbial denitrification, replacing traditional carbon sources such as glucose and sodium acetate, and solving the problems of inconvenient transportation and addition of traditional carbon sources, single composition, and low denitrification rate. This product has the characteristics of high utilization rate, low cost, promoting biodiversity, low sludge production, and good low-temperature performance. It has strong biological adaptability and can be metabolized through multiple pathways without being limited by a single enzyme, Maintain stable biodiversity of biological populations, strong shock resistance, direct transmembrane absorption, small molecular components, and ultra-high absorption and utilization efficiency.

Compared to conventional reagents, the denitrification rate can be increased by more than 20%, the dosage of reagents can be reduced by more than 20%, and the sludge production can be reduced by more than 20%; Reduce operating costs for customers by 20-40%.It has been stably applied to more than 60 projects in more than 10 provinces and cities, and its application industries include municipal sewage, garbage leachate, alcohol and Baijiu industry, printing and dyeing, oil and gas field exploitation industry, steel and semiconductor industry, etc.
TNO Flue Gas Denitration Agent
SCHEWT-TNO new denitration agent is a patented product independently developed by our company, which replaces traditional urea or ammonia water and solves the problems of low denitration rate and ammonia escape. This product can cope with complex flue gas conditions in the denitrification process, with lower unit consumption, a denitrification rate of up to 85%, and no ammonia escape.

This product is liquid, non-toxic, harmless, non corrosive, non flammable, and does not solidify at low temperatures (0 ℃). It also has the advantages of being able to be added as raw liquid or diluted, convenient transportation, storage, and management of addition, safety, and no hidden dangers. For existing SNCR users, seamless switching is possible. The product has been stably used in more than ten garbage incineration plants, biomass fuel boilers, and tail gas power generation boilers.
JUZHI electrodialysis
1. Electrodialysis process and its application
Electrodialysis equipment is a device that utilizes the selective permeability of ion exchange membranes to ions in a solution under the action of an external DC electric field, causing ion migration of anions and cations in the solution, and achieving desalination or concentration through the anions and cations exchange membranes respectively. Widely used in material separation, concentration, purification (seawater concentration for salt production, food and pharmaceutical desalination, acid and precious metal recovery, new energy lithium extraction), as well as zero discharge processes for industrial wastewater (high salt wastewater concentration).

2. Advantages of Juzhi Electrodialysis Equipment
1) Ultra high concentration capacity, concentrated water TDS>18%, can significantly reduce the operating cost of the evaporation section.
2) The membrane stack adopts advanced homogeneous membranes and high sealing partitions produced by independent intellectual property rights, with low membrane resistance and high selective permeability, which can achieve efficient desalination for a long time in a low energy consumption state.

Direct pressurized dissolved gas high-efficiency swirling air flotation
Efficient swirling air flotation directly completes the pressurized gas dissolution process in wastewater, and chemical agents are directly added to the gas dissolution water. The formed flocs form a solid-liquid gas mixture under high pressure. Its patented design can self float within a few seconds without external force, and the flocs are sturdy and have low water content, achieving efficiency that other air flotation equipment cannot achieve.

Efficient cyclone air flotation utilizes a unique fluid energy management system to efficiently remove suspended particles, oils and animal fats, as well as other insoluble particles in wastewater, emulsified oil droplets, and colloidal particles in powder coating wastewater through hydraulic cyclone pre separation. The high-efficiency cyclone air flotation system can maximize the continuous operation of wastewater pretreatment work, helping industrial customers to process the best water quality at lower water treatment costs, and better achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.

Case 2: Treatment of Produced Water from an Oil and Gas Field in Yulin, Shaanxi Province

Case 3: Wastewater treatment in a PTFE production factory
Characteristics of sewage quality: Chemical production waste liquid (including emulsions), high suspended solids, in an emulsified state, and large fluctuations in water volume. Suspended solids have high economic value and need to be recycled.

Treatment effect: The suspended and emulsified substances in the waste liquid have high economic value for recovery. The two-stage cyclone air flotation series process is adopted, and the material recovery rate can reach 98%, saving nearly 20 million yuan annually.
High salt wastewater treatment and resource utilization
Our company has established a multivariate thermodynamic phase diagram database in collaboration with key universities, which has experimental research foundations for crystallization kinetics processes in different systems. We have overcome the difficulty of determining the separation endpoint of complex systems and provided strong theoretical support for the development and optimization of mixed salt fractional crystallization processes. This process has been applied in the zero discharge project of wastewater in steel mills ,coking plants and gas field effluent water..

For low value gypsum by-products in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, we use our company's crystallization regulation and crystal transformation agent induction technology to prepare high value calcium based products such as high-strength gypsum and calcium sulfate whiskers, helping customers improve the consumption and economy of by-products.
