High pressure belt filter press for sludge secondary dewatering
High pressure belt filter developed by Jindi is a sludge dewatering equipment designed for secondary dewatering of sludge.It has the following characteristics:
The structure designed according to the characteristics of secondary dewatering sludge has enough length;

Sludge low temperature dtrying sdystem
The low energy consumption and safety of low temperature drying make it have its inherent advantages in sludge reduction, so the belt low temperature drying machine is widely used in the environmental industry.
In 2016, Jindi introduced the sludge belt low-temperature drying machine technology, and through research and development and innovation, constantly upgrade the system. Combined with the company's rich experience in the sludge industry, making the drying system has a large number of engineering applications in the hazardous waste and general solid waste industry.
The low temperature belt drying machine adopts a variety of energy-saving technologies, and optimizes the drying space and other parameters, which makes the main machine and the system efficient and stable. These include a thorough drying chamber fluid channel design, precise heat balance, and clever use of thermal cycles to achieve heat recovery and minimize heat loss.
We have designed an automatic cleaning system in large drying machine to eliminate operation in confined spaces and reduce heat loss.
We are good at combining sludge dewatering and drying systems, to obtain excellent economy through process combination.
Energy-saving external flow fine drum screen RDS (A)
This screen is mainly used in the fine filtration or industrial screening process of sewage pretreatment. It can efficiently remove the suspended solid particles or fibrous impurities in the water, and greatly reduce the processing load of the following process.
Its advantage is flexible layout, saving civil construction costs, so has a good economy.
The screen has two choice for filter surfaces: wedge mesh (RDS series) and hole mesh (RDSA series).
In general, the RDS series can have a greater flow rate, while the RDSA series can more effectively remove fibrous impurities from the water.
RDS series wedge screen surface grid gap is: 0.25 ~ 2.0mm; RDSA series hole mesh aperture: 1, 2, 3mm.
The maximum flow of RDS-L high-capacity series drum screen can reach 5000m³/h.
Fully screened inside flow fine drum screen IRDS (A)
This series of screens is also used in fine filtration for wastewater pretreatment or industrial screening processes. Compared with the external flow drum screen, wasterwater flows from the inside into the filter drum, so the filtration has no dead angle.
The screen has two choice for filter surfaces: wedge mesh (IRDS series) and hole mesh (IRDSA series).
Also, the IRDS series can have a larger flow rate, and the IRDSA series can more effectively remove fibrous impurities from the water.
Clarifier sludge and scum collectors
Whether horizontal setting tank or circular clarifier, whether it is a sludge scraper or a sludge suction machine, or a sludge gravity thickening tank, we can always provide matching sludge and scum collector according to customer requirements to ensure the efficient operation of the process.
For special load occasions with central drive scrapers, we will provide customized drive unit, which may include rake lifting device, overload protection device, etc. These devices will go through accurate design calculation and verification to ensure that the device is reliable.
For a variety of sludge collector, we have accumulated nearly a thousand experience, accumulated a lot of data for various water quality applications, and designed products to make customers more convenient and reliable in installation, operation, maintenance and other aspects.
High efficiency Lamella series
Using the principle of " Shallow precipitation", the processing capacity of the Lamella can be increased by more than 4 times. The use of inclined plate instead of inclined pipe in Lamella can significantly extend the life and reduce sludge clogging.
The processing capacity of a single Lamella can reach 150m³/h, without on-site splicing.
The device adopts a unique inlet channel design to distribute water evenly.
