Products

Gas plate heat exchanger
◇ In the field of gas heat exchange, plate heat exchangers are the upgrading products of traditional heat exchangers such as tubes;

◇ Compared with the traditional tube heat exchanger, the gas plate heat exchanger with the same heat exchange area has the advantages of small space and high heat exchange efficiency;

◇ The gas plate heat exchanger adopts double-sided moulded corrugated sheet, which can form turbulence under low flow rate conditions;

◇ Unique internal support patented technology to solve the internal flue support structure of the plate;

◇ The whole gas plate heat exchanger is fully welded, which can achieve zero leakage;

Gas-liquid plate heat exchanger
◇ The main heat transfer component of the gas-liquid plate heat exchanger is composed of 2 plates connected together after laser welding, the liquid medium in the plate, the gas between the plates, and multiple groups of plates are combined to form an efficient heat exchange equipment;

◇ The heat exchanger is suitable for the heat exchange between gas and liquid under different temperature conditions, especially for the condition of flue gas dust content;

◇ The surface of the plate has different concave and convex surfaces, when the medium between the plates passes through, it can produce turbulence, which can effectively improve the heat transfer efficiency;

High temperature flue gas heat exchanger

High temperature cylindrical radiation heat exchanger
◇ High temperature cylindrical radiation heat exchanger can be applied to ultra-high temperature applications of 1200-1500℃;

The medium passed by the inner tube is high temperature flue gas, and the medium passed by the sandwich between the inner and outer tubes is air or other process gas that needs to be preheated;

◇ Laser welded finned tube heat exchangers can withstand higher temperatures than traditional heat exchangers, and have better adaptability to various harsh conditions;

Large inter-wall heat exchanger

Plate type indirect hot blast stove
◇ Plate type indirect hot blast furnace is a new type of hot blast furnace with tubular structure. The structure of the hot blast furnace is reasonable, the internal furnace and the radiant heat exchange section are integrated, and the heat exchange efficiency is much higher than that of the traditional hot blast furnace. The clean hot air above 650℃ can be recovered at the highest, and the energy-saving effect is remarkable;

◇ The furnace of the plate indirect hot blast furnace can directly participate in the heat exchange as a radiation heat exchange section, and the plate convection section in the rear section can maximize the recovery of flue gas heat, and the exhaust temperature can be controlled below 60℃ according to customer requirements, so as to achieve the purpose of high quality energy saving and environmental protection;

◇ The fuel gas of the plate indirect hot blast stove is not in direct contact with the heated gas (usually air), so the clean hot air after heat exchange does not contain the particles after combustion, which can meet the needs of related industries for clean hot air;

◇ The expansion structure is set in the multi-node inside the hot blast stove, which can effectively solve the problem of internal high temperature thermal expansion;

◇ Through precise PLC programming, temperature fluctuation control within ±1℃ can be achieved;

Direct fired hot blast stove
◇ Direct-fired hot blast furnaces mainly use natural gas as fuel, and heat the air or other gases required in the process through the high temperature flue gas generated by combustion;

◇ The fuel of the direct-fired hot blast furnace is adjusted directly into the burner through the valve group, and is fully mixed with the combustion air in the furnace for combustion. The maximum temperature of these clean flue gas can be as high as 1200 degrees, and the required process temperature can be reached after the deployment of secondary air mixing;

◇ The furnace is equipped with a replacement heat component, which can convert the high temperature flue gas into a certain temperature of clean fresh air, with the function of indirect hot blast stove;

◇ Direct-fired hot blast stove can also be built into the flue or equipment, the air part of the flue to participate in combustion, most of the air and high temperature flue gas mixed to form the required temperature of hot air;

◇ Because the heat of high temperature flue gas can all enter the drying equipment, the thermal efficiency can reach 95-98%, which is a veritable energy-saving equipment;

Catalytic waste gas incinerator (CO)
◇ Catalytic combustion is a typical gas-solid phase catalytic reaction, its essence is the deep oxidation of reactive oxygen species. In the catalytic combustion process, the function of the catalyst is to reduce the activation energy, which can make the organic waste gas flame free combustion under the condition of low ignition temperature, and oxidation decomposition into CO2 and H2O, while releasing a lot of heat energy;

◇ Catalytic combustion flameless combustion, good safety, good purification effect (purification rate is greater than 95%), suitable for high concentration VOCs treatment;

◇ Low ignition temperature, and the power consumed for preheating during combustion is only 40% to 60% of the direct combustion, less energy consumption, low operating costs;

◇ Catalytic combustion furnace has a wide range of applications, and can handle almost all organic waste gases with complex compositions such as hydrocarbons and odor gases.
Direct fired thermal oxidation furnace (TO)
◇ Direct combustion incinerator (TO) is a waste gas treatment equipment that uses the heat generated by the combustion of auxiliary fuel to raise the temperature of combustible harmful gases to the reaction temperature, thus generating oxidation decomposition;

◇TO furnace built-in high-temperature heat exchanger can preheat the waste gas that needs to be incinerated, which can not only increase the exhaust gas temperature, save fuel, but also effectively save installation space;

◇ Considering the requirements of explosion-proof and maintenance, the internal insulation structure makes the furnace body temperature close TO the ambient temperature, greatly reducing energy consumption;

◇ Suitable for spray and drying equipment and other industries of all kinds of high-concentration VOCs waste gas, odor gas and toxic gas treatment, as well as the petrochemical, pharmaceutical and other industries to emit harmful gas purification, while the organic waste gas containing water-soluble or viscous substances and polymer substances gas purification shows its advantages.
