Ammonia nitrogen online monitoring instrument
Ammonia nitrogen refers to the nitrogen present in water in the form of free ammonia (NH3) and ammonium ions (NH ₄+). Ammonia nitrogen is the most harmful form of nitrogen among all types, and it is a sign of water pollution. Its harm to the aquatic ecological environment is manifested in multiple aspects.
The instrument adopts automatic control for water sample collection, reaction measurement, data processing and transmission, and quickly and continuously completes the entire process of ammonia nitrogen analysis in wastewater.
According to the Nessler reagent spectrophotometry, the instrument reacts with ammonia nitrogen in the form of free ammonia or ammonia ions to form a yellow brown complex. The chromaticity of the complex is directly proportional to the content of ammonia nitrogen.
Total phosphorus online monitoring instrument
Total phosphorus refers to the total amount of orthophosphate, pyrophosphate, metaphosphate, polyphosphate, and organic phosphate in water. After high-temperature digestion, various forms of phosphorus are transformed into orthophosphate and determined.
The instrument adopts automatic control for water sample collection, high-temperature digestion, reaction measurement, data processing, and data transmission to quickly and continuously complete the entire process of total phosphorus analysis in wastewater.
The instrument follows the ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method. In an acidic solution, potassium persulfate is used as a decomposing agent to convert polyphosphate and organic phosphorus into orthophosphate. orthophosphate reacts with ammonium molybdate to form a yellow phosphorus molybdenum antimony complex, which is then reduced to phosphorus molybdenum blue with ascorbic acid. The phosphate content is then measured using a total phosphorus analyzer.
Total nitrogen online monitoring instrument
Total nitrogen (TN) refers to the total amount of dissolved nitrogen and suspended nitrogen in water, including nitrite nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, inorganic ammonium salts, dissolved ammonia, and nitrogen in most organic nitrogen-containing compounds. The instrument adopts automatic control for water sample collection, high-temperature digestion, reaction measurement, data processing, and data transmission to quickly and continuously complete the entire process of total nitrogen analysis in water.
The instrument follows the alkaline potassium persulfate ultraviolet spectrophotometry method, and uses alkaline potassium persulfate solution as an oxidant to convert the nitrogen of nitrogen-containing compounds in the sample into nitrate under conditions of 120 ℃~124 ℃. It reacts with the colorimetric reagent to generate light yellow nitro compounds, and colorimetric determination is carried out using ultraviolet spectrophotometry.
Fluorescence dissolved oxygen online monitoring instrument

Laboratory COD analyzer
The HK-8510 COD analyzer is used to determine the chemical oxygen demand (COD) of water according to the method of rapid digestion spectrophotometry (HJ/T 399-2007). A known amount of potassium dichromate solution is added to the sample, and silver sulfate is used as a catalyst in strong sulfuric acid medium. After high-temperature digestion, the COD is determined by colorimetric method. It can be widely used for detecting surface water, groundwater, domestic sewage, industrial wastewater, and other water bodies.
Hexavalent chromium analyzer
The HK-8530 hexavalent chromium analyzer was used to determine hexavalent chromium in water according to the method of "Determination of hexavalent chromium in water - Diphenylcarbazide spectrophotometric method" (GB 7467-87). Under the reaction conditions of acidic solution, hexavalent chromium in the sample reacts with Diphenylcarbazide to form a purple red compound. The absorbance of this compound is directly proportional to the hexavalent chromium content, and colorimetric measurement is carried out using the spectrophotometric method. It can be widely used for detecting water bodies such as surface water, groundwater, domestic sewage, and industrial wastewater.

The instrument is designed according to the oxidation principle of potassium dichromate method. In the experiment, a known amount of potassium dichromate solution is added, and silver sulfate is used as a catalyst in a strong sulfuric acid medium. After high-temperature digestion, the chemical oxygen demand (COD) value is determined by spectrophotometry.
