| Project waste "zero" discharge overall solution and complete sets of equipment The complete set of equipment for sand separation (sand making) is a high-tech product independently developed by our company. According to the situation of the construction site, the sand and stone with different content in the sand are separated and recycled to obtain 0.2 ~ 5mm sand, and the aggregate of more than 5mm after screening is recycled. The remaining mud and water are further separated, and the filtered water enters the water circulation system for reuse, and no waste water is discharged. After the pretreatment of engineering residue, some contaminated wastes, such as mud cake and industrial waste, will be produced. If these wastes are discharged or stacked directly, it will cause serious damage to the environment. To solve this problem, Rujing Environmental proposed a solution for regenerative granulation. The solution includes the detailed treatment of contaminated mud cake, industrial waste, etc., and the stabilization of harmful substances by adding admixtures for granulation. After the improvement treatment such as disintegration, mixing, granulation and whole grain, the dissolution of harmful substances can be effectively adjusted and inhibited, so that the final product can achieve passivation, modification and strengthening effects, so as to meet the standards of landfill, storage or recycling. |
