| VOCs treatment catalyst (Pt and Pd ) VOCs treatment catalyst is a yellow honeycomb catalyst made of bimetallic platinum(Pt) and copper(Cu) as active components and cordierite honeycomb ceramic as carrier, the size is 100*100*50mm or can be customized according to customer requirements. VOCs treatment catalyst produced by Hunan Xintan is a special process to add a small amount of rare earth materials, so that the catalyst structure is more stable, the surface active coating adhesion is stronger, not easy to fall off. The catalytic performance is excellent, with good temperature resistance, high purification efficiency, and low ignition temperature. The catalyst is suitable for conventional VOCs gas treatment, the treatment effect of benzene series is better, can be widely used in CO and RCO devices. VOCs treatment catalyst is mainly used in waste gas treatment industry, such as spraying, printing, glass fiber reinforced plastic, UV coating, pharmaceutical, chemical, petrochemical, enameled wire and so on. |

| ozone decomposition catalyst Ozone O3 decomposition catalyst is made from the active ingredients manganese dioxide (MnO2) and copper oxide (CuO). The product has a black or dark brown columnar appearance with a particle diameter of 3mm or 5mm. The ozone decomposition catalyst produced by Hunan Xintan does not contain any activated carbon material, it has the characteristics of long service life, high efficiency, safety and low cost. The catalyst is mainly used to destroy ozone in exhaust emissions and can effectively decompose ozone into oxygen at room temperature without requiring any additional energy. |

| Hopcalite Hopcalite catalyst, also known as carbon monoxide (CO) removal catalyst, is made of a certain proportion of MnO2 and CuO through bonding mixing and mechanical processing. The catalyst is black or dark brown columnar particles with a diameter of 1.1mm or 3mm. It is a catalyst that removes CO by oxidizing CO to CO2. The hopcalite catalyst produced by Hunan Xintan can catalyze the reaction of CO and O2 quickly and efficiently under the condition of 20~200℃, converting CO into CO2, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, high catalytic activity, energy saving, long service life and low maintenance cost. Xintan hopcalite catalyst is widely used in nitrogen (N2), gas masks, refuge chambers, compressed air breathing equipment and other industrial gas treatment. |
