Introduction Ningxia Nissi Activated Carbon Co., Ltd. was established by Ningxia Bertelly Activated Carbon Co., Ltd. (the old factory of the company, founded in 2003) in 2017. It covers an area of 133,400 square meters, with an investment of about 200 million yuan. According to the latest environmental protection and automation concept, it has built 8 automatic activated carbon production lines, which can produce various types of activated carbon 100,000-120,000 tons/year, and its capacity ranks among the top 3 in China.

Products


Voc refers to volatile organic compounds, which have varying components that differ greatly depending on the industry. The variation in components means that the size of the component molecules also varies. The activated carbon treatment process is based on the different sizes of Voc molecules, which are adsorbed into the micropores, mesopores, and macropores of the activated carbon, thus achieving the function of Voc management.
Voc management generally uses columnar activated carbon with an iodine value of 800mg/g as the adsorption material, and the total pore volume of ordinary activated carbon with an iodine value of 800mg/g is about 60-65%.
The Voc-specific activated carbon produced by our company has a larger surface area, greater total pore volume, stronger adsorption capacity, and faster adsorption rate. Under the premise of the same iodine value of 800mg/g, the total pore volume is about 80-90%, which means an increase of 20-30%. This also implies that under the condition of consistent micropores in the activated carbon, the proportion of mesopores and macropores increases by 20-30%, making it more suitable for managing Vocs with different components and molecule sizes, and the effect is even better.

Our company's activated carbon for desulfurization and denitrification features high resistance to wear and pressure, uniform compression strength, low consumption during use, excellent performance in desulfurization and denitrification, and minimal performance degradation after multiple cycles. It has been widely used in flue gas desulfurization and denitrification treatment by many large-scale steel companies (sintering, pelletizing), thermal power plants, coking, etc. both domestically and internationally.

It is suitable for sewage treatment and decolorization treatment.

It is mainly used for the water purification treatment of waterworks, and our company has applied for the sanitary license approval documents of domestic products involving drinking water health and safety in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
