| Dissolved Air Flotation Dissolved Air Flotation is the process of removing grease, oils, other fine suspended solids and reducing COD and BOD. Air bubble flotation is mainly used. When Air is dissolved into water, the air-saturated water generated from dissolved air micro bubbles will attach to the surface of solids. Then light solids(density is lower than water)lifts them to the surface, distributing over the whole tank surface, to make sure that there is the best solid liquid separation efficiency. Mechanical skimmer is used to remove the floating sludge. The purified clean water goes to the next system.After more than 10 years of accumulation continuously, Yosun DAF is widely used for solid liquid separation of many fields or waste water and reclaimed water reuse treatment With good performance on pretreatment, biochemical post-treatment and reclaimed water reuse treatment, DAF has been unanimously recognized by customers at home and abroad which the efficiency of solid liquid separation can reach 80%-97%. |
