Brief description of the characteristics of plate heat exchanger
1. In the field of gas heat exchange, plate heat exchangers are upgraded products of heat pipes, finned tubes and shell and tube heat exchangers;
2. Temperature resistance up to 950℃;
3. Light weight, small footprint, and unit heat exchange area up to 40m2/m3;
4. Using self-developed bidirectional corrugated plate, the total heat transfer film coefficient is high, and the heat transfer efficiency is 1.5 times that of ordinary tubes and 3 times that of finned tubes;
5. The equipment is fully welded, and there is no leakage in long-term use;
6. Adopting elastic structure design, it can run stably for a long time under high temperature conditions.

The advantages of high temperature sleeve heat exchanger are:
a. It adopts combined type, which can withstand ultra-high temperature above 1000℃;
b. Make full use of the radiant heat higher than 750°C to make a radiant section, and at the same time reduce the flue gas temperature;
c. After the flue gas temperature is lower than 750 ℃, convection heat exchange is adopted, and the heat exchange efficiency is the highest when matched with our plate heat exchanger.

Features of indirect heat exchange hot blast stove
1. Indirect heat exchange hot blast stove, the flue gas and the heated gas (usually air) are not in direct contact and will not cause pollution, which can meet the needs of many industries for clean hot air;
2. According to the different heat exchange principles, the heat energy replacement method combining radiation heat exchange and convection heat exchange is adopted. High energy is used for high energy, and low energy is used for low energy. While providing high-temperature clean air, the waste heat is recovered to the maximum extent and the emission is reduced. smoke temperature;
3. It can provide clean hot air up to 600℃;
4. Combined with our patented plate heat exchanger, the exhaust gas temperature is as low as 100℃ and below (which can completely solve the problem of carbonic acid dew point corrosion caused by natural gas flue gas), and the thermal efficiency can reach more than 93%;

Environmental protection and energy saving waste gas incineration system (TO)
Advantages of our incinerator:
1. It eliminates the problem of the deviation of the waste gas of the traditional incinerator, and further enhances the disturbance of the waste gas in the furnace, so that the organic waste gas is fully mixed in the furnace and all reaches the decomposition temperature.
2. Extend the residence time of exhaust gas in the furnace (0.8S organic matter can be decomposed, and the design residence time is 1S)
3. The organic matter can be completely thermally decomposed in the furnace, the effective removal rate of the organic matter can reach more than 99.9%, and the flue gas can be discharged up to the standard.
Exhaust gas catalytic combustion all-in-one machine(co)
In view of the many problems of conventional catalytic reactors, our company has developed an integrated catalytic reactor, which is to put heat exchangers, flame arresters, heaters and catalytic beds in a frame. The working process is: exhaust gas from the fan After entering the integrated machine, it exchanges heat with the high-temperature flue gas that has been catalytically incinerated through the catalytic bed through the heat exchanger. At the same time, the temperature is detected by each thermal resistance. If the temperature reaches the light-off temperature of the catalyst, the subsequent heater will not be turned on. The preheated exhaust gas directly enters the catalytic bed for catalytic incineration; if the temperature does not reach the light-off temperature of the catalyst, the subsequent heater is turned on, and the heated exhaust gas enters the catalytic bed for catalytic incineration, and then turns into high-temperature flue gas and returns to the The heat exchanger exchanges heat with the next exhaust gas
Our catalytic reactor has a simple structure, small volume, small pressure loss and heat loss, high thermal energy utilization efficiency, low operating cost and high cost performance.
