| Environmentally friendly water curtain cabinet During the operation of the water rotary cabinet, the mixed air containing paint mist is sucked into the scroll chamber at high speed under the high-speed rotating centrifugal force of the fan impeller, and the paint mist particles are treated to minimize the concentration of particulate matter and benzene exhaust gas contained in the paint mist. The treated paint mist exhaust gas purification rate reaches over 95%. The water is blocked by multi-layer water baffles in the scroll room, and the gas is discharged to the outdoor through the gravitational force of the fan. The blocked water and paint residue fall back to the return tank, and the paint residue floats are concentrated in the slag removal tank at the back of the water tank. The treated waste gas enters the organic waste gas treatment device through an exhaust fan. |

| Cyclone water curtain cabinet The cyclone water curtain cabinet adopts a negative pressure external suction method, which utilizes the gravity of the fan to suck the paint mist particles and exhaust gas from the production process into the equipment box. First, it passes through the impact of a water curtain, decelerates through the waste gas buffer zone, and enters the high-speed mixing cyclone zone. In this zone, the waste gas dust and water mist collide and adsorb at high speed, and the paint mist particles eventually return to the circulating water tank, where they are precipitated for treatment. After dust removal, the exhaust gas continues to move forward, and the AC flows through the water mist interception zone to remove the water mist contained in the exhaust gas. The exhaust gas after demisting continues to move forward under the driving force of the fan and enters the next processing step. |

| Cyclone spray tower Practical environmental protection products, industrial dust and smoke removal, waste gas treatment engineering pretreatment equipment. Working principle of cyclone spray tower: water pump is used for circulating water supply inside the equipment to supply water to the high-pressure spray area. During the operation of the equipment, the particles enter the high-speed cyclone device under the traction of the negative pressure fan, and the particles, cyclone and water conduct gas-liquid emulsification reaction in the device. The high-speed operation of the cyclone device makes the particles fully mixed with the rotating liquid to achieve separation under the action of centrifugal force and liquid guide device. The separated dust particles sink to the bottom water tank for centralized cleaning. The separated gas enters into the waterproof layer of environment-friendly filling material, and then enters into the waste gas treatment equipment or dust and smoke removal equipment behind. |
