| Unpowered pulse water distribution system Our independently developed pulse water distribution system has been successfully applied in dozens of projects in various industries such as leather, gelatin, slaughter, and textile. This device has the function of unpowered stirring and uniform water distribution. For example, when applied to hydrolysis and acidification processes, a telescopic sludge suspension bed can be formed to ensure sufficient contact between the treated wastewater and sludge. Through reasonable selection and calculation, the sludge concentration in the tank can be increased as much as possible while ensuring that the effluent contains less sludge, thereby ensuring that the process unit maintains a relatively high sludge load and volumetric load. Completely avoiding the problem of sludge loss caused by homogeneous mechanical stirring or air stirring. | Short range nitrification denitrification system Based on years of successful operation and practice in treating high ammonia nitrogen wastewater from animal protein sources, our company has successfully implemented the engineering application of short-range nitrification and denitrification in projects such as Xinji Jiahenglong Biological Wastewater Treatment Plant and Cambodia Zhejiang Special Economic Zone Wastewater Treatment Plant through independent iterative research and development, targeting the high ammonia nitrogen characteristics of the gelatin industry and slaughtering industry.
