| UCARSEP amine liquid purification device UCARSEP amine liquid purification device：Introducing Dow's advanced UCARSEP amine liquid purification technology, it is Dow's only official authorized application service provider in mainland China. Through technology licensing, we built the first set of UCARSEP solvent purification equipment in China to effectively remove pollutants in solvents. Highlights of UCARSEP amine liquid purification technology and services: 1) The amine solution does not need to be diluted and the amine solution is returned in the same state, only the HSAS heat stable salt content is reduced. 2) Amine liquid and wastewater do not cross; 3) An equal amount of NaOH neutralizes the acid in the removed heat-stable amine salt. 4) The waste water produced is neutral salt water, and the waste water is extremely harmful. 5) The amount of waste water is small, equivalent to about 30% of the amine liquid treated. 6) The solvent loss rate is 1/10 of similar technologies. 7) Prioritize the removal of highly corrosive ions. |
