County solid waste comprehensive disposal and resource conversion utilization solutions Technology or solution Main contents: Domestic waste, stale waste, kitchen waste, municipal sludge, etc. are incinerated by TFB turbulent bed gasification incineration technology; part of the heat energy generated by incineration goes into the hydrothermal decomposition system to make organic fertilizer, and the planting and breeding waste such as straw, livestock and poultry manure (including sick and dead livestock and poultry) is treated as resources to produce high-quality organic fertilizer;the rest of the heat energy is converted into steam for industrial production. The project uses the sales income of steam and organic fertilizer to supplement the environmental treatment funds and realizes circular economy. The main solved problems are: Difficulties in collaborative treatment of multiple solid wastes;Poor economy, Difficult market operation; Landfill sites are saturated and it is difficult to build more; The discharge is not reliable and has potential pollution. |

Paper waste energy conversion solutions Technology or solution Main contents: Since the only requirement of TFB incineration technology for materials entering the incinerator is that the comprehensive calorific value shall be no less than 1600 kCal/kg, the sludge with high moisture content generated in papermaking, mixed with high calorific value paper dross and biogas, to be incinerated in the furnace can meet the calorific value requirement and produce high-quality Steam which can be recovered for industrial production. The main solved problems are: The raw materials of recovery paper are mostly recycled waste paper and waste cartons. A large number of paper dross, high-moisture sludge and other wastes generated in the producing process are difficult to dispose of and recycle, and especially the papermaking sludge usually needs to be hot dried and incinerated. Traditionally this treatment process needs large investment, large area but is with high operation cost, which brings great troubles to papermaking enterprises. |
