Wheeled sampling inspection robot
The wheeled water quality testing robot is an intelligent robot testing system that integrates autonomous inspection and sampling and online rapid testing. The robot consists of a high-precision navigation chassis, a 6-axis collaborative robotic arm and an automatic chemical analysis device. The robot can autonomously inspect sewage plants, water plants and other scenes according to preset routes, and conduct high-precision sampling and testing of pipe networks and pool water samples through robotic arms.
The robot's built-in automatic chemical analysis device can quickly detect water samples. The indicators cover ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, phosphate, SV30 and other conventional water quality indicators, achieving laboratory-level online detection capabilities and greatly improving detection efficiency and real-time sex. At the same time, the application of visual recognition and data modeling algorithms can conduct intelligent analysis and abnormal warning of detection data.
The robot has excellent waterproof and dustproof performance and a high degree of operation automation. It can effectively replace manual sampling and laboratory testing, significantly reducing labor investment. The modular design can be flexibly configured (detection indicators) according to different scenarios, linked to the precise aeration system and precise dosing system, and can realize remote control and data management through the cloud platform. This product effectively improves the automation, intelligence and accuracy of water quality monitoring, and can be widely used in environmental monitoring fields such as sewage treatment and water supply plant testing.
Crawler-type pipeline inspection and desilting robot
The crawler-type pipe network inspection robot is an all-terrain intelligent robot specially designed for underground pipe network inspection. It adopts an assembled modular design, and its main body consists of two parts: 1. All-terrain crawler chassis, which can flexibly walk in complex environments such as narrow, wet, uneven, etc.; 2. A multi-sensor fusion detection module, including a high-definition video camera, Sensors such as lidar and sonar can achieve all-round and accurate detection of the interior of the pipeline network through data fusion.
The robot has fully autonomous navigation capabilities and can independently plan the optimal path, avoid obstacles, and complete automatic inspections of the pipeline network. Fusion of multi-source heterogeneous sensor data, combined with AI algorithms such as visual recognition, can promptly detect various defects such as leakage, blockage, and pipe body deformation within the pipeline network, and provide early warning of potential risks through intelligent judgment models. In addition, the robot can also schedule multi-machine collaborative operations in real time according to on-site conditions to improve detection efficiency. The robot has high waterproof and dustproof level (IP68) and strong endurance (6-8h). It can be used for inspection operations of various types of underground drainage pipe networks such as non-pressurized, pipe diameter DN300-DN1200, and long distance (150m).
