The equipment mainly consists of a material collection device, a batching device, and a fermentation device. The key anaerobic digestion mixing device is composed of a tank body, a drive device, a mixer, a rake device, and other structures. Materials enter the tank from the top and exit from the bottom. Multiple feed pipelines are evenly distributed at the tank top to ensure synchronous and uniform material feeding into the tank. Multiple layers of mixers and rakes are installed inside the tank. The mixers are arranged in a layered and crisscross manner, achieving overall annular flow and local vertical flow of the materials inside the tank. This arrangement promotes contact between methane-producing bacteria and nutrients, increasing gas production and ensuring smooth discharge of biogas. The rake device at the bottom of the tank rotates with the main axis, continuously scraping and discharging the biogas residue at the bottom towards the center of the tank bottom.The drive device utilizes a high-torque heavy-duty rotary gearbox equipped with dual variable-frequency independent motors to provide driving force for the entire system, enabling precise remote DCS monitoring and control. The vertical dry anaerobic digestion mixing system can handle solid content up to 25%, increasing gas production efficiency from 50% to 80%. Through various means, including optimizing mixer power and speed, improving sealing performance to reduce heat loss, and intelligent control, the system's energy consumption has been reduced by more than 50%, achieving dual breakthroughs in gas production efficiency and energy efficiency.
