| Industrial Continuous Waste Tyre Pyrolysis Production Line After being conveyed into the transitional bin from the feed device, scrap tyres are continuously taken into the reactor with specified catalyst. Fuel oil, combustible gas and recoverd carbon black are obtained after normal-pressure and low temperature pyrolysis reaction. Systems : Feeding System/ Pyrolysis System/ Heat Supply System/ Oil Gas Cooling and Separating System/ Discharging System/ Control System. |

| Industrial Continuous Oil Sludge Pyrolysis Production Line Oil sludge is continuously fed by conveying system into pyrolysis reactor where the low temperature pyrolysis reaction is carried out, converting to high temperature oil gas, steam and solid outputs. After cooling, the high temperature oil gas and steam comes to liquid output and small amount of combustible gas. Liquid output is pumped to tank farm. Combustible gas after scrubbing is used as fuel to supply heat for pyrolysis. The flue gas generated from the production line is emitted in compliance with local standards after purification. The solid pyro output is cooled to safe temperature and transferred to storage area. |
