| Titanium Cartridges Titanium cartridges are made of industrial pure titanium powder (purity over 99.7%) as the principal raw material, with high temperature sintering. Titanium cartridges have many advantages, such as even structure, high porosity, small filtration resistance, good permeability, high filtration accuracy, acid and alkalicorrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and so on, which can be widely used for separation and purification of solid -liquid and solid-gas. This kind of cartridges have a good performance of use for suction filtration and filter-press, which have simple operation, is easy to clean and don’t have secondary pollution, leading to long working life. Filter accuracy is 0.22~100 μm; interfaces have M20, M30, 222 (plug-in), 226 (snap-in), flat mouth, 4 points, 6 points (thread), etc., special interface can be customized. |

| Titanium Aerator Titanium aerator is produced by advanced technology and sintered by industrial pure titanium powder (purity ≥ 99.7%) as the main raw material with high temperature in vacuum environment. The structure is uniform and the porosity is high .The pore diameter is 0.22μm ~ 100μm and the porosity is 30 ~ 40%.The diameter of the aeration bubble is small and the gas-liquid interface area is large. Bubbles spread uniformly and the hole is not clogged. Installation is easy and service life is long. All the material is industrial pure titanium which has stronger resistance to chlorine, ozone corrosion and widely used in ozone, chlorine, oxygen aeration device. The aeration resistance is small, energy consumption is about 40% lower than the conventional aerator, increasing doubled the sewage treatment capacity which widely used in urban sewage, large-scale water plantexpansion and construction and old aeration tank transformation. Interface modes have 4 points, 6 points and other kinds of threads. Special interface can be customized. |

Titanium filter is mainly made by industrial pure titanium powder (purity ≥ 99.7%) with high temperature and high vacuum sintering. Its structure is uniform and the pore distribution is uniform. The porosity is 30% -40% and the filtration resistance is small .The filtration precision is 0.22μm ~ 100μm and the separation efficiency is high. The mechanical performance is good and the high temperature resistance (can be used normally at 300 ℃)is good.
