Plate Membrane Element Membrane components mainly consist of four parts: diaphragm, lining cloth, support plate, and water outlet. The core material of the component is polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), and the support plate material is acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer (ABS), with an average membrane pore size of 0.1um. |

Plate Membrane Module The MBR double stacked flat membrane module is composed of an upper membrane box and a lower aeration box. The membrane box contains a certain number of membrane components, each of which is connected to the water collection pipe through transparent silicone tubing. The aeration box contains perforated aeration pipes that continuously blow out the membrane while providing the oxygen required for the biochemical system. |
