SHIMAKAWA mainly provides service of design, manufacture and sales of VOC treatment and heat treatment equipment. The main products are RCO (Regenerative Catalytic Oxidizer) and rotary kiln for powder heat treatment. High efficiency and low energy cost are the biggest advantage of our equipment. Our main customers are companies with high added value like chemical industry and new energy industry. |

| Concentration-combustion VOC treatment system Low running cost operation is possible with unique control system The system monitor the pressure before the introduction blower, and operates automatically to adjust the flow rate of desorption air of concentration device to the operating conditions of the gas source, the change of gas concentration, the number of operating lines, and the fluctuation of the exhaust flow rate. By doing so, it is possible to operate with significantly lower fuel consumption than usual even in various exhaust condition, which contributes to reducing the running cost. The pressure and temperature are continuously monitored, and if an error occurs, the device automatically cools itself down and then stops safely. |
